Reservation & Cancellation Policy



Please make advance reservations either by telephone or book online to assure room availability.


Reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve a cabana or condo.  Remainder is due 30 days before first day of reservation.  If reservation is made less than 30 days ahead, the full amount is due at the time of booking.




Normal occupancy is one to two people per room.  Additional persons (if room size permits) is $10.00 US per person per night.


Check In:


Normal check in time is 1:00 pm to 5 pm.  For late arrivals, please call for instructions.


Check Out:


Check out time is 11:30 am.  Late check out must be arranged in advance and is only possible if the room is not booked for an incoming guest.


Non arrival or No Show:


If you fail to arrive at the resort on the arrival date, the entire reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the cost of the entire reservation.


If you fail to check in on the first date, but will arrive at a later date, please contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of your stay.


Early Check Out:


Early check out will not result in a refund of unused nights.


Refund Policy:


Cancellations must be in writing and will be prorated as follows:


60 Day Notice – 75% of Deposit

59 to 30 Day Notice – 50% of Deposit

Less than 30 Day Notice – No Refund


A reminder may be sent 45 days before beginning of reservation.  If final payment is not received, it will be assumed that you are cancelling your reservation even if you did not receive the reminder.
